Katie required Frosty's every day in the 3rd trimester. I dunno why but she did. I did it for her. ;) That's my story and I'm sticking to it. posted by: JT (reply) post date: 07.08.05 (5:00 am) Reply to: almsthvn Ahh, the sacrifices we make for our children... posted by: jennjr (reply) post date: 07.08.05 (5:01 am) Gee. Can't wait to have kids. :) posted by: mom of 2 under 4 (reply) post date: 07.08.05 (8:03 am) Get a "Prenatal Cradle" to help with the round ligament pain. They're fantastic! posted by: JT (reply) post date: 07.08.05 (8:38 am) Reply to: mom Ooh, good suggestion -- just might do that. Thanks! posted by: almsthvn (reply) post date: 07.09.05 (7:58 am) one gal requested a recliner since she was really close to being sent home on leave. Does your company have a safety group that could come make ergonomic recommendations about your work area? Bribe them to say you have to work from your usual spot, not in the PoD. ;) posted by: JT (reply) post date: 07.11.05 (11:54 am) Reply to: almsthvn I did drag my ergonomic chair into the PoD, which helped marginally. I saw the doc on Friday for my checkup and she said she doubts the Cradle will help me; I just have to suffer through it. She suggests getting up and moving around (slowly) as frequently as I can without getting into trouble; the culprit is sitting for long periods of time. posted by: ScubaDiva (reply) post date: 07.11.05 (12:24 pm) Further reinforcement for me to keep my legs together. Although I already have dry eyes. (Did you know there is a connection b/w dry eyes and Lasik?) posted by: islandArtist (reply) post date: 07.11.05 (6:46 pm) Bless you Jt, I nearly forgot why I decided two children was enough. Oh man the pelvic pinching and inability to walk after sitting was the bane of my existance for at least 6 of my 9 months. I feel for you girl. At least you can eat sweet pickles to drown your sorrow!! posted by: JT (reply) post date: 07.12.05 (7:25 am) Reply to: ScubaDiva I've heard about that... it's a supposed side effect. Some people have it just a little, but supposedly it can be pretty bad for others. That's one of the few things I haven't undergone! posted by: JT (reply) post date: 07.12.05 (7:25 am) Reply to: ScubaDiva P.S. Just keep taking that Pill, SD! posted by: JT (reply) post date: 07.12.05 (7:26 am) Reply to: islandArtist I might have been dumb or silly enough to do this a third time, but I definitely promise this will be it. I'm too old for this crap! posted by: ScubaDiva (reply) post date: 07.12.05 (10:51 am) Reply to: JT No need to take the pill. That would mean I would be boinking. I can't remember the last time. I'm going to blame it on my memory problems. LOL |
