I'm attending a conference in Vegas on e-learning, and right now I'm in a hands-on class on creating web-based training (WBT). This instructor just put up a PowerPoint slide that said:
"YES! It's the magic, not the wand, that counts."
That's right, mister. You keep telling yourself that.

Technically, it's not the size of the wand or the magic in it that counts. It's what the wizard is able to do with and without his powers. Some wizards may be especially adept with their hands, while others may be master spell-casters with the things they say, and some may have George Clooney's eyes.
