Nancy Drew and Trixie Belden mysteries, books like Chariots of the Gods, Louisa Mae Alcott books - Little Women, Little Men, Jo's Boys, etc. Now I want to read them again :) posted by: JT (reply) post date: 07.29.04 (10:38 am) My parents gave me a Louisa May Alcott hardcover that has Little Women, Little Men, and Good Wives. I still have and reread that book every year. I can't believe I didn't even know Jo's Boys existed. I will hit the library tonight! posted by: Cyberpal (reply) post date: 07.30.04 (8:19 am) Loved Animal farm.... dont ask me why?... I just did... cant remember any others at the mo... will get back to ya! :) posted by: almsthvn (reply) post date: 07.31.04 (8:47 am) Reply to: JT Jo's Boys picks up after Little Men, and Rose's Garden (?) is in the same vein... lovely story and until a couple months before she was born, Katie's middle name was going to be Rose. I changed it at the last minute, lord knows why. |
